We are fully understanding that lots of last-minute changes may happen. To help with the current situation we have changed our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation of your service with APTours is free up to 48 hours before the service date and pick-up time. After this, you will be charged a 100% late cancellation fee.
Cancellation is only accepted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and you must have a reply via email from us.
Once you have filled out a reservation form and credit card information you agree to enter a legally binding contract with APTours.
Payment of any services is on the day in cash, Euro only, or via credit card in advance. Credit card payment must be made before the tour date as our drivers do not have card readers with them.
If you are booking a shore excursion we will not charge if the ship does not dock in the confirmed port on the scheduled date, we will charge if you supply us with the wrong date.
Please note we are unable to accept last minute cancellations due to adverse weather conditions. Tours will run with the flexibility to change the itinerary.
