We are fully understanding with the current pandemic that lots of last-minute changes may happen. To help with the current situation we have changed our Cancellation Policy.
As of 01/05/2021 cancellation of your service with APTours is free up to 48 hours before the service date and pick-up time. After this, you will be charged a 100% late cancellation fee.
Cancellation is only accepted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and you must have a reply via email from us.
Once you have filled out a reservation form and inserted credit card information you agree to enter a legally binding contract with APTours.
Our website is secure and your credit card details are held with a secure 3rd party we do not have access to details.
If you are booking a shore excursion we will not charge if the ship does not dock in the confirmed port on the scheduled date, we will charge if you supply us with the wrong date.
Payment of any services is on the day in cash Euro only, we will not be able to charge your card unless you agree to pay the surcharge of 10%.
Our drivers/guides are currently being vaccinated and all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned before the service, as of 1st May 2021 our drivers will be wearing masks and we kindly ask all guests to do the same unless medically exempt.
