Yes, we operate a 24-hour, 7 days a week service, but there is a night supplement to be paid for services that run between the hours of 20.00 and 07.00.
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall of the airport, at the end of the platform at the train station, and just outside the terminal building in the port. He will be holding a sign with your name on. Wherever possible, we will supply you with the mobile phone number of your driver. In Naples train station there are lots of drivers that will try to convince you that they are your driver, so please only go with the driver that knows your name and your accommodation.
Yes, all our drivers speak very good English. They are all from the area you are visiting, so their general knowledge of your chosen destination is also excellent.

The earlier the better, especially for shore excursions. However, 48 hours is recommended.
A supplement of 50% (of the original transfer price) will be added on transfers with a delayed departure of over 3 hours or for flights/trains missed and transfers rescheduled on the day of travel. APTours will not be held liable for missed flights/trains. We will always leave the resort in good time for your flight/train departure but we are not liable for traffic problems resulting in flights/trains missed.

Yes, we are a fully licensed company and are required to abide by the regulations set by the Italy Council licensing authority.
We do not accept credit card or personal cheque. Payment is cash only in Euros paid directly to the driver on the day of service. Return transfers must be paid in full at the end of the arrival transfer. For services starting in some areas we do need a credit card number to reserve the booking.
